Healing Starts Here
Mission
Life doesn’t unfold in a straight line; it moves in phases. My mission at Phases of Healing is to walk alongside you as you navigate these transitions, providing a safe, compassionate, and holistic space to process pain and reclaim your peace through 8 phases of EMDR therapy.
My Approach: Mind, Body, and Spirit
True healing requires looking at the whole person. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I blend evidence-based clinical practices with deeply grounding holistic tools:
EMDR Trained: As an EMDR-trained therapist, I help you safely reprocess distressing memories so they lose their painful grip on your present life. You don't have to stay stuck in the past.
Mindfulness Practices: I integrate mindfulness tools into our sessions to help you calm your nervous system, connect with your body, and find grounding in the present moment.
Spiritually Integrated Therapy: For clients who desire it, I welcome and integrate your unique spirituality into our work together. We will honor your beliefs as a vital source of strength, meaning, and inner healing.
What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process traumatic memories so they no longer feel as emotionally overwhelming. It is widely used to treat PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related concerns.
